Holy shit. I just realized something special.

The elements of a survival-horror game tend to include:
1. Low ammo. Much less ammunition than targets.
2. Too many targets. Often, an endless supply of them.
3. Running from enemies is often the optimal strategy.
4. Atmospheric level design, often dark and foggy.

And by those criteria, I have discovered which game is Survival-Horror Eve, so to speak:

P A C - M A N.
